When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use RetailNorm, we process the campaign data you upload (CSV files from retail media platforms) to provide the normalization and reporting service.
How we use your data
Your campaign data is used exclusively to generate normalized reports for your account. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your campaign data.
Data storage & security
Campaign data is encrypted at rest and in transit. CSV uploads are processed and stored securely. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
Third parties
We use Netlify for hosting, and standard analytics tools to understand how the product is used. We do not share individual-level data with any third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@retailnorm.com.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
