By using RetailNorm, you agree to these terms. RetailNorm is a SaaS tool that normalizes retail media campaign data for comparison and reporting purposes.
Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to RetailNorm. We process your data solely to provide the normalization and reporting service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the campaign data you provide.
Service description
RetailNorm applies attribution normalization models to retail media campaign data. The normalized metrics and budget recommendations are analytical estimates and should be used as one input in your decision-making process.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RetailNorm for legitimate business purposes related to retail media campaign management and reporting. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer our normalization algorithms or use the service for competitive intelligence against RetailNorm.
Billing
RetailNorm is billed monthly with no annual commitment. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of any billing cycle.
Limitation of liability
RetailNorm provides analytical tools and estimates. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our normalized data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
